At Bitesized, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully pleased with your physical product purchase, you can return it following the guidelines below. Please note that all digital products and combo digital-physical products are not eligible for return.

2. return instructions:

  1. Eligibility: Physical items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
     
  2. Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please access our Returns Center on our website. Enter your order number and email address to submit a return request.
     
  3. Shipping: After your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print this label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping center. Note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
     
  4. Return Confirmation: We will notify you by email once we receive your returned item. Our team will inspect the item and, if it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. processing timelines:

Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange: For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
