Last year was a big year for BiteSized. We started as a small Tiktok account showing Bariatric Recipes. Today, we're a full blown business with products in develop and an audience of over 100,000. BiteSized the Cookbook was suppose to be a one and done but after its tremendous success, we listened to our customers and decided there was more work to do. Today we're working to create even more BiteSized products aimed to help more people eat smarter not harder. The Next Project: BariBowl
Our next product is building off the success of the last project. BariBowl will be the first Bariatric Meal Prepping Kit that comes with 3 Dishes, a new cookbook with meal prepping recipes and BiteSized Utensils. Slatted to launch mid this year, we look to help more people embrace mindful eating with easy to follow recipes based off the Bariatric Ratio.
Our Impact
BiteSized started as a personal project I started in my apartment to have something creative to do during the pandemic. Today, it's grown to a pretty fun business. We're looking to expand the product line to feel more gaps in the bariatric community. Eat Smarter, not Harder. BiteSized.
