VSG Melty Mozzarella Eggrolls

8 mozzarella string cheeses
4 wonton wrappers
1 egg white
Vegetable oil
Parsley
1/2 Cup Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1:Preparing the String Cheese
Cut your string cheese into 3 equal pieces.


Step 2:Assembling the Eggrolls
Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place one piece of string cheese on the wrapper, and sprinkle with a dash of oregano.


Step 3:Sealing the Wrapper
Brush the edges of the wonton wrapper with the egg white mixture. Fold and roll the wrapper around the string cheese to form an egg roll, ensuring all edges are sealed well.


Step 4: Repeat for Remaining Eggrolls
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining string cheese pieces and wonton wrappers.
Step 5: Arranging and Spraying the Eggrolls
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the prepared egg rolls on the baking sheet, evenly spaced. Lightly spray the tops of the egg rolls with olive oil.

Step 6: Baking the Eggrolls
Bake the egg rolls for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Step 7:Adding Finishing Touches
Remove the egg rolls from the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 8:Serving and Enjoying
Serve your bite-sized melty mozzarella egg rolls warm, alongside marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
