Spaghetti Squash Chicken Sausage Bites

Ingredients

1 Spaghetti squash

 

2 Sausage Links

 

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

 

1⁄4 Freeze Dried Parsley

 

1 Jar Rao's Marinara Sauce

 

1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:

Step 1:Squash Prep

Take your spaghetti squash and slice it in half.

Step 2:

Remove all the guts and seeds. Place each half into a roasting pan filled with a little water at the bottom.

Place these into your oven at 400 degree for 40 minutes

Step 3:

While that's cooking- let's get our chicken sausage ready. I fry the sausage with a little bit of olive oil.

Step 4: 

40 minutes later remove your squash from the over. With a fork- pull your spaghetti from the squash.

Give the squash about 10 minutes to cool before handling. It is very hot!!!

Step 5:

With your spaghetti removed and placed into a boil- let's add some flavor! just a little salt and olive oil. Toss this well and taste often!

Step 6: 

Spray a muffin pan down with pan. Add cheese, spaghetti, followed by marina sauce... then maybe a little more cheese.

Place this bake into the oven for 400 degrees for another 20 minutes.

Step 7:

Slice up your sausage and place on the top of each spaghetti nest. place a basil leaf on top along with some parmesan cheese and enjoy!!!
