Scrambled Egg Toasties

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and in this case, it’s also the tastiest!
Ingredients
¼ cup Chives
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Cheddar cheese
1 Slice of French Bread
Directions:
Step 1:Preparing the Toast:
Slice the French bread into desired thickness. Brush olive oil on both sides of the bread slices. Toast the bread slices in a hot pan until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.
Step 2: Making the Scrambled Eggs:
Crack two eggs into a bowl. Add a splash of milk to the eggs. Mix the eggs and milk together until well combined. Sprinkle in the cheddar cheese into the egg mixture and stir.
Step 3: Cooking the Scrambled Eggs:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the pan. Stir the eggs gently and cook until they reach the desired consistency.
Step 4: Assembling the Scrambled Egg Toast:
Place a scoop of the scrambled eggs on top of each toasted bread slice.Garnish with chopped chives.
Step 5:Serve and Enjoy:
Plate the scrambled egg toast and serve it as a satisfying breakfast option.
