Parmesan Brussel Sprout Bites

Is it just me or did we get fancy this week?!
Ingredients
16oz (450g) Brussels sprouts, rinsed and trimmed
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley
Directions:
Step 1:Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: Trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts and slice each one in half from top to bottom.
Step 2: Prepare the Baking Sheet:
Prepare a large baking sheet by either lining it with parchment paper or lightly oiling it.
Step 3: Coat the Brussels Sprouts:
Pat the Brussels sprouts dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Add the olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Toss gently to evenly coat the Brussels sprouts.
Step 4: Bake the Brussels Sprouts:
Spread the coated Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring that they are in a single layer. Bake on the center rack of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Adjust the cooking time as needed depending on your oven.
Step 5: Serve:
Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts to a large serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
