Chicken Wing Sliders

Ingredients
1 ¾ - 2LBS ground chicken or turkey
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 ½ teaspoons Lowry's Seasoning Salt
2 large eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
Zesty sprouts for garnish
Pretzel rolls for serving
Wing Sauce:
½ cup hot sauce
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
¼-½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:
Step 1:Preheat
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Step 2:Prepare the Chicken Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, Lowry's Seasoning Salt, eggs, Panko breadcrumbs, and grated Asiago cheese. Mix until well combined.






Step 3:Shape the Patties
Shape the mixture into meatballs and flatten them into slider patties. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 4:Bake the Chicken Sliders
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Step 5:Prepare the Wing Sauce
While the chicken sliders are cooking, prepare the wing sauce by combining hot sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan. Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until fully combined.

Step 6:Brush the Chicken Sliders
Remove the cooked chicken sliders from the oven and brush each patty with the prepared wing sauce.

Step 7:Assemble the Sliders
Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of a pretzel roll, topping with zesty sprouts, and drizzling with additional wing sauce if desired. Cover with the top half of the pretzel roll.



Step 8:Serve and Enjoy
