BBQ Chicken Wonton Cups

Ingredients

6 Wonton Wrappers

 

1 Onion

 

4 Cloves Garlic

 

1⁄4 Cup Soy Sauce

 

1 Chicken Breast

 

3⁄2 Bottle Sticky Fingers BBQ Sauce

 

1 Half package of Cole Slaw Kit

Directions:

Step 1:

First we need to sauté our onion- as soon as that’s nice and brown, hit that with a little bit of soy sauce- add chopped garlic Next well add in our rotisserie chicken- add some bbq sauce- I prefer sticky fingers and let that cook for about 8-10 minutes.

Step 2:

Next let’s make our cups- Place your wonton shells into the over at 375 for 8-12 minutes

Step 3:

Now let’s put everything together

Step 4: 

Add your chicken into your cups- add a little bit of coleslaw dipped in red wine vinegar Top that off with some low fat ranch dressing and you have a sweet and crispy lunch that makes a great snack for the rest. Bite sized- helping you clear your plate one wonton at a time.
