Bariatric Veggie Salad Wraps

These veggie salad wraps are crispy, fresh and satisfying. Whatever your tastes, you’re sure to find a veggie bariatric recipe to suit your mood.

Ingredients

1 Spring Roll Wrap

 

1 Carrot

 

4 Leaves Tai Basil

 

1⁄2 Cucumber

 

1 Handful Crushed peanuts 

 

1⁄3 Cup Peanut sauce

Directions:

Step 1:

I’ve seen people make these before and the trick to not making these look like a salad-filled condom is soaking the rice wrap in warm water

Step 2:

Place the rice wrap down and start adding your favorite veggies- I’m adding lettuce, cucumber, basil.  A good veggie wrap needs variety- a little sweet, a little savory and a little crunchy. I’m adding some crushed peanuts. 

I pack these in jars and just grab them throughout the day- can’t feel guilty eating vegetables!
