1 bottle Fairlife Power Core Protein Milkshake

 

1 Scoop of Pure Protein Powder

 

1 Spoonful Sugar Free Cool Whip

 

1 Cup of Quest Peanut Cups

Directions:

Step 1:

Remove Jello from box and pour the full contents into your blender. 

Step 2:

Next we're adding a scoop of whey protein. I'm using Vanilla Pure Protein Shake

Step 3:

Next we're adding an entire Fairlife Core Power Elite High Protein Milk Shake

One of these is 42g of protein- these have 14fl oz!

Step 4: 

Now with all our ingredients together we're going to blend this up for a a minute. Thanks Ninja! What a fantastic blender!
