Bariatric Protein ShamRock Shake

We’ve created a delicious high protein and low sugar shamrock shake for those who are looking for that McDonalds taste without all of the extra calories!

Ingredients

1 Cup of Chobani Lime Greek Yogurt

 

1 Container of Premier birthday cake protein shake

 

1 Container of Premier Vanilla Protein Shake

 

1 Mint Quest Bar

 

1 Sliced Lime

 

4 Drops of green food dye

 

1 Handful of Mint leaves

Directions:

Step 1

I'm starting by adding a Premier Birthday Cake shake to a Premier Vanilla Shake in a large mason jar.

Step 2

Next I'm adding some Chobani lime greek yogurt followed by some mint leaves and then adding 4 drops of green dye for more of that green color.

Step 3

Add some ice and start your blender!

Step 4

Garnish with some quest bar flakes, add a slice of lime and serve cold. That's a good looking shake!
