Bariatric Parmesan Cheese Chicken Caesar Salad Bowl

Looking for a salad so good that you can literally eat to bowl?
Then check out this Parmesan cheese chicken salad- they taste great and also- its salad! It’s a guilt free meal!

Ingredients


1/2 Cup parmesan cheese

 

1 Cup Romaine Lettuce

 

1⁄2 Cup Caesar Salad

 

1⁄2 Cup Rotisserie Chicken

Directions:

Step 1:

First lets make some bowls. Take some parmesan cheese and place inside a medium mason jar lid.

Step 2:

Bake these in the oven at 370 degrees for six minutes on the dot. While those are cooking, lets make our salad.

Step 3:

Just some romaine lettuce and cracked pepper

Step 4:

Add some Caesar dressing. 

Step 5:

I’m adding some rotisserie chicken in for a little protein.

Step 6:

With our cheese out of the oven, we we need to shape these into bowls.

Just place on top of a small mason jar and press down with a paper towel.

Step 7:

Lets put it all together. Add your salad to your cups and top with a couple of croutons and enjoy!
