Bariatric Carrot Fries

Looking for the best low calorie French fries online? Our carrot fries only have THREE ingredients and are handmade not fried. These crunchy, sweet carrot fries are gluten-free, vegan and paleo-friendly.

Ingredients

10 Peeled Carrots

 

1⁄2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

 

3 Tablespoons Black pepper

 

3 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika

 

2 Tablespoons Salt

 

1⁄4 Cup Olive Oil

Directions:

Step 1:

Clean and peal some carrots.

Step 2:

To save some time, I'm carving these up in my mandolin.

Step 3:

Gently toss the carrot fries in the oil.

Step 4: 

Sprinkle on the cheese and mix to coat before spreading on them in a single layer on a silicon mat or parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Step 5:

Roast in a a preheated 425F/220C oven until tender and lightly charred (about 16-20 minutes) mixing half way through.

Step 6: 

Serve these up with some chipotle mayo and enjoy!

Step 7:
