Bariatric Butternut Squash Puree

Ingredients

1 Butternut Squash

 

1⁄4 Cup Olive Oil

 

1 Pinch Kosher Salt

 

1⁄4 Cup Fairlife Milk

 

1 Tablespoon (15g) unsalted butter

Directions:

Step 1:

Start by cutting your butternut squash in half

Step 2:

Scooping them guts out!

Step 3:

Bush in a little olive oil

Step 4: 

add a pinch of salt. 

Step 5:

We’re cooking this in the oven at 425 for an hour. 

Roasting this with a little salt and olive oil brings out so much flavor! 

Step 6: 

Next remove the skin from our squash and get it to the food processor. Just Some cinnamon, swerve, a tablespoon of butter and a 4th cup of fairlife will make this silky smooth. 

Step 7:

Pop this in an airtight container for up to 5 days! 

Hooray purée!
