Bariatric Breakfast Bombs

Breakfast made simple
So sometimes the mornings can be rough. Trying to get up early and rush out the door on time can be hard if you’re anything like me. You want something simple but healthy for breakfast before you head out the door. This is why I was so excited to try Bariatric Breakfast Bombs. They were easy to make, full of flavor, and had all the nutrition I needed for a busy day ahead.
The importance of high protein breakfasts
One of the main reasons diets fail is because people overeat. It’s a combination of eating the wrong types of foods and eating too much at one time. The solution is breakfast! It’s true because high protein meals help repair muscle and build muscle while suppressing your appetite.

Directions:
Step 1
Spray a muffin pan down with Pam. Add a single Ritz cracker to each muffin compartment.

Trust me use Pam!!!
Step 2: Protein
Next add your protein in- I'm adding honey ham because it's fairly cheap and quick to use. you can add something else like cooked bacon or sausage as an alternative.

Step 3:Eggs
Next pour your beaten eggs into each compartment. One egg equal one breakfast bomb so 6 eggs = 6 breakfast bombs.

Step 4:
Next add some sharp cheddar. I like to crash another ritz cracker to add some layer of crunch at the top.

Step 5: Cook
Get this into the oven at 380 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Top with some green onions and enjoy!
